No loose and flimsy nylon straps to thread though clamps or buckles. A turn of the dial takes in and stores the cable slack. No loose ends left to be flapping in the wind as you go down the road. A lockable cable secures your bikes to the rack and the rack also locks to the vehicle. Locks are included. For added convenience the rack will fold flat when not in use.
