Comments about Time ICLIC2 Carbon Road Pedals:

I replaced an old pair of Look Keos that had served me well. The Time pedals look great & have a solid construction, particularly with the new metal plate on the platform on the iClick 2. The cleats are recessed ‡ allow for walking without causing damage or needing a protective cover — great for those days where you're in & out of cafés or find yourself *ahem* off road & walking.

Clicking in/out is surprisingly light-action, sometimes too light for my tastes (particularly compared to the Keos or MTB pedals)… that said, I've had no accidental unclips even under heavy sprints.

The only issue I've had was the pedal/cleat combo has a slight cant outwards that was conflicting with an insert in my shoe. After a few weeks, I figured out that removing the insert brought my knee back into position & it was smooth riding.

I use these on training, touring & club rides… no races yet, but no doubt they'll be fine. Bought on a recommendation from a friend & I'd agree — great pedals.
