I found the initial pump only OK at best, and I feel the same way about this replacement head. The write up makes it seem that it is universal replacement, but it did not work with the existing connections.
Using the provided band clamp to attach it to the existing hose (that I had to cut myself) it not an elegant solution, and leaves a sharp clamp exposed to scratch paint and snag car interior fabric.
Additionally, the schrader side leaks unless the lever is placed into a very narrow sweet spot.
This is where the first head failed (after only about a year of use), and I will expect this head to fail very soon.
The last pump I had worked for YEARS with no issues.
I wish I had just bought a new pump.
No more Topeak ever again for me!
