The Massive 44mm diameter barrel pushes the maximum amount of air with each stroke in order to quickly inflate the larger mountain bike tires. I very much like the pump because of the quantity of air it moves. The gauge is also accurate. The only issue I had was that the yellow plastic lever you turn to lock the pump head on to the schrader/presta valve broke within a week or two of owning the pump. This was with the Twin Head.
Jensons warrantied it immediately (A+ for Jensons). I'm very careful with the head now because I'm scared of it breaking again. Maybe a bad design, maybe defective, maybe user error; but either way, I have low confidence in the durability of the Twinhead lever design. I will probably be buying the Smarthead (or Smarthead Threadlock) to replace it. Actually, I would have already ordered it if Jensons stocked it.
Summary: Great pump, questionable pump head lever; I'd very likely buy again because I only have mountain bikes, all with high volume tires, and this pump does move a lot of air.
