I looked for a trunk that I could use everyday. I commute 9 miles to work. I really wanted a trunk that would hold a pair of shoes. This one was a litlle too small and I didn't want to go with the side bags. I settled with carrying my shoes in a drawstring backpack and my clothes & lunch filled the trunk. It has several pockets for wallet, padlock for bike locker that my work provides. I have a thick case for my iphone so I put my phone in the trunk's drink holder since I already have a drink holder on the frame. This works out great because I can hear my phone now on my way into work, it's easy to get to and it has a drawstring to snug the phone down. I used a little wax on the track to help the trunk slide off easier. I'm very happy with the set up. The customer service was outstanding. My credit union actually blocked the sale because some states are high risk. Jensen held my sale and gave me a confirmation number while I had the block removed. I called back and just had to give them the confirmation number they just ran it through again. All was well, received it a few days later and I've been using it for several weeks now. I had called my local bike shop and they could order the trunk in but it was going to cost twice the price! I guess they have quite a markup. Got a great deal with Jensen! Thanks!
