These levers (there are 2, nested) are lightweight and pack easy. Easy to use and very durable. I had been toiling with cheap levers from local bike shop, not fun trying to change a tire in public while struggling with a cheap lever (you know, when your entire bike group is staring at you burning holes in the back of your head waiting for you to hurry up and change your flat so you can get back to it!?). Bought these, changing a tire is now sooooo much easier.

These are a lot better than you 3$ levers that the bike shop will sell you a million of. These work really well on road, XC, and folding bead tires. If you are looking to use these on a steel bead tire look to another set of levers. The description does not state like the packaging DOES that these are not intended to be used with DH tires. These are really nice levers just use them/buy them for what they were intended for.
