Truvativ Boobar Handlebar

World Cup downhill courses never get easier. They get harder. Bigger drops, nastier rocks, more vertical terrain. Always looking for an edge, pros asked for a bar that’s stiff, precise and super-wide—and still pretty light.

The BooBar, made with tough 7050 alloy and available in widths of 740mm or 780mm, is the answer. With a race-proven shape including a 7-degree back-sweep and 5-degree up-sweep, and weighing as little as 270 grams, the BooBar gives the pros—and you—the confidence to push the envelope just a little bit further.
  • Material: Butted AL-7050 TV
  • Width: 740 / 780mm
  • Compatibility: Freeride, Downhill, All Mountain

Great handlebar! It is rugged enough for downhill and enduro but also good enough for cross country. If you cut it down.

Excellent 740 mm bar improves confidence in turns and holding your line.
Long-term durability not tested. I have a front derailleur and the bar's taper makes it difficult to fit my seatpost dropper lever on with the particular brake and shift controls I use. Suggest you measure beforehand if applicable.

              Comments about Truvativ Boobar Handlebar:

A good friend of Shaums March personally recommended these to me. They are very light, super wide, and improve the bikes handling. The 740mm width allows me to get my elbows wider and my chest closer to the handlebars, making handling even better on downs.
