I'm really pleased with this post. Yes, it's on the heavy side, but its really easy to adjust and it's been solid for me. I bought it because I needed more set back, and the 25mm setback made my bike fit just right.
I have no complaints about it -- it's a great value and good looking to boot.

So far its been a great post, I looked at this post because of its price and have not been let down. I use on a 29er configured for trail use and it has been plenty stiff for my large 200+ frame. The seat clamp is the normal 2 bolt configuration and does not creak or allow the seat to slip. The weight is really not really that great of a con, being that the is the cheapest post in the stylo line of posts. So if weight is a concern, look at the t30 or t40 posts.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use it in cross country rides, I like so much the good shape of it and the scale on back it, but it¨s heavy (350 gr )and you know that the weight maters...
