This is a great helment and a great value at the sale price. The adjustment system for fit is accurate and makes the helmet comfortable. Sizing is accurate. Adjustable chin strap is a great improvement over other brands.

Bug screen in the front vents are such a great feature--I'll never own a helmet without it again. The visor on this helmet is nicely shaped--it tapers back from the center so it gives decent eye shade without interfering much with forward vision. Fit adjustment is comfortable and effective. I like the microadjust chin strap too!

I purchased this helmet to replace a 5 year old Giro Indicator, which is a pretty good helmet for its price. The Uvex Boss is a med-large and fit well on my 58cm head. The IAS adjusting system is simple to set and offers a good range of setting how high or low the helmet sits on your head. If you have not had a helmet with the dial adjustment for diameter you will love this feature that most helmets have. The helmet weights 250 grams without the visor - nery light for any price range. Overall build quality is excellent - made in Germany.

Great helmet, love the ratchet chin strap. It's super lightweight and comfortable. I purchased the grey and green. It is much more conservative then the crazy bright colored road helmets.
