Either you tame the trail or the trail tames you. The Vittoria Morsa tire is one way to achieve the former. Designed for looser Enduro and downhill courses, the Morsa endows aggressive curved siping tread with sharp, squared edges for compliant cornering traction at white-knuckle speeds. Contrariwise, this obedient tread design doesn't hold the tire back from opening up and flying on a straightaway, as its ramped leading edges keep rolling resistance minimal.
Aside from its specific tread design, much of the Morsa's talents are to be attributed to its G+ Isotech Compound. G+Isotech®* is Vittoria's unique Graphene compound that is gifted with speed (lower rolling resistance), grip, durability and wear resistance.
"It is a great tire when you get in looser terrain such as gravel and small rocks. I think I can say that the Morsa taught me how to corner properly." - Syd Schulz, Pivot-Vittoria Enduro Team
Bike Rumor - "The Morsa uses knobs with shapes and sipes that oppose the cornering force."

Best tires I've ever used. Glad to have discovered them.
I've used Kenda Nevagal Pros, Maxxis Highrollers, and Contis for 20 years. Now that I've discovered the Morsas I can't believe what I've been missing. I don't know if it's the graphene or something else, but the treadlife is incredible, while still being soft and tacky over slick limestone and hardpack. I run them tubeless and have been flat-free over three sets in the last year. Sidewalls did start "sweating" Stans after about 4 hard months on my last set, but they were due to retire after a heavy hot summer and a burly ride from Durango to Moab in June.
