200 miles in on these this year. Average wear on rear tire - about half life, I'd say. Front tire is in very good shape still. These tires have inspired confidence in loose soil or gravel covered corners at higher speeds -Even in wet conditions they still like to grab and allow mud and debris to shed. For an all around tire, I have only found a couple tires that even compare.

I have used the Bronson for a little of everything, for over a year now. Everything from epics to enduro it excelled. The side knobs do tear as they are soft. It seems to wear fast from soft durometer. BUT, Grips well, a nice rounded profile (28mm rims) for great cornering. Another thing to note, is that the width runs large. Meaning the Bronson 2.3 is wider than my Hutchinson 2.4 and Hans Dampf 2.35.

I replaced my old favorite-- Kenda Nevegal. I reduced wheel weight by over 100 grams by switching to the Bronson and did not give up anything. Coverted easily to tubeless. Rolls better than Nevegal.

I have found the Bronson to hook up well in the dirt I normaly ride. I have put this tire through it's paces up at the Downiville classic and it handled anything I could throw at it.
