Great seat, very comfortable
I test rode my Felt Nine 80 before I purchased it. After riding for twenty minutes I could tell I would need another saddle. I felt sore for at least a couple days. I ordered the WTB Speed V Comp saddle and put it on when I picked up the bike. I have been very happy with it. I'm back to biking after many many years and I'm getting back in shape. I can feel a little bit of fatigue towards the end of a long ride, but I attribute that to my muscles getting back strength. After the ride though I don't feel any soreness in my sit bones. This makes it easier to ride frequently, there is no recovery time needed for my backside. I also have chronic back issues from herniated Lumbar discs, and I have not had any problems with my lower back related to riding.

The seat is very well constructed of quality materials, and looks very nice. I read a number of good reviews about this saddle before I got it, and I feel they were all very accurate. I highly recommend it if you need a comfortable saddle that is still conducive to XC riding.

PROS: Quality Construction, Good Padding, Comfortable

Great saddle
Great saddle. I have one on my road bike which is a big improvement over the stock saddle even though that saddle sells for $129. I have one on my free ride bike because it doesn't have that duck tail shape a lot of WTB saddles have that catch my shorts when moving behind tha saddle. I haven't bent any rails like some of the other reviewers, but I ride a pretty cushy bike off road.

Great replacement saddle!
My 2012 Trek Cobia came with a hard stock saddle. Im a big guy, around 275 lbs. My tailbone was killing me after most rides. I took a chance on the WTB, after reading how others had said it was a comfortable seat. They were right! No more pain in the butt after those long rides!

"Workhorse saddle-working man's price"
I have one of these saddles on each of my bikes. The modest price belies the great value of this product. Comfort where you need it, without bunching beneath you. Narrow profile allows smooth transitions from behind the saddle, and back to seated position. Although, narrow the rear offers plenty of room for seat bones. Even long hours on a road bike are a non-issue. Comfortably padded nose is great for the really steep climbs.

The only real issue (and reason for the decent price) is the synthetic material. We all know that leather holds up better to abrasion.

PROS: Cost Effective, Dependable Comfortable, Slim But Ample Room

CONS: Synthetics Prone To Tear

BEST USES: Commuting, Any Off Road Outing, Road riding, Street riding

Nice seat after break in
We ride just about anywhere. Probably 50% bike paths and 50% trails. This seat is very firm at first and it is a bit on the heavy side. I have two of these. One Is about a year old and is very comfortable but took some break in time. Overall this is a good seat for the price.

PROS: Durable, Good Padding

CONS: A bit heavy, Not the lightest

Cheap upgrade
i have it on a bike i have used everyday for the last 2.5 years on the road, offroad and everything in-between. it has held up suprisingly well for that time, it has a small tear/hole on the side, maybe 1/2 of a rice grain in size, prob from a fall, or just wear and tear.
it is 10X more comfortable than the cannondale saddle it replaced, but at the same time, i think it could have benefited from a bit more padding and less flex from the shell.
I did have a problem with the bolt from the seatpost touching the shell when it flexed downwards with my weight on the saddle, and that is the reason for 4 stars.....could have been engineered with slightly lower rails to prevent inteference.

PROS: Durable, Works for me, price

CONS: Weight

Well worth the price
I am a weekend XC rider and enjoyed this seat on my 2000 GT Rebound. It was way more comfortable then what was on the bike. I haven't taken it on a long ride- maybe 2-3 hours at a crack. I am 5'11" and 165 lbs- don't know if that info will help anyone. Can't help but not try it for the price!

PROS: Comfortable and Low Price

Can't take much
Although this is a stylish and comfortable saddle, I crushed it in only a few rides. I am 6' 200lbs and It could not take the abuse of a few moderate rides.

PROS: Stylish, Comfortable

CONS: Weak

BEST USES: Casual riding, Comfort, Cruising
