I got the frontand rear tires Velociraptor, good traction on dry or wet trails, not too bad on rocks,
drawback, heavy tires and rolling resistance

these would make good winters since the rear has paddle threads that would allow it to get traction in sloopy mud. in thick and or clay mud, it gets clogged up like most tires.
front is great front tire for trail and xc uses. however it is too narrow for all-mountain reading

Rail turns in most conditions. Deep spaced out tread does not hold mud. Simply the best tire combo for New England tecnical single track.

Great tire for wet/muddy conditions. They have a very solid grip. The rolling resistance while is somewhat noticeable, especially if your used to a less knobby tire. Not the fastest tires ever, but they'll definitely keep you planted.

I've ridden these for a number of years and a number of sets of the same tire, don't like to change what I'm used to. They work really well in dry sandy conditions and grip well in wet conditions, but I would not recommend for mud, they really cake up quick.
