Looking at the photo of these I assumed they would have a little more tread. However, the very light tread makes them faster and lighter than I expected. I use them on trails I know well when I want to go fast. Perfect for paved and dirt bike paths. I wouldn't recommend on anything more than occasion mud, loose dirt or any steep descents or climbs. (but did I mention that they're fast?)

I want to like these as they are quite light but they need to go back as they are far from round. These weigh in very close to the claimed 420g/ea One of mine was 411g. That much is respectable.What is very disappointing is that like the other reviewer both of mine are warped. When you spin the wheel you can watch the tread jump or wobble radially on one side of the tire while the other side doesn't. It seems that these tires were poorly manuractured in [*]. I expect that this manufacturing defect will cause vibrations in use particularly on harder surfaces and with higher tire pressures.

I couldn't believe that both tires would be warped. I thought it might be my wheels but when I tried two other sets of tires everything was fine. I put about 75 miles on them and no change. I really wanted them to work because they could be a nice rolling tire with a good tread for mixed terrain.
