Wolverine TCS (Tubeless)
In the wild, wolverines are known to attack anything, often preying on much larger animals. On the trail, the Wolverine confidently tackles dicey descents, flies across flats and devours steep climbs. This fast-rolling tire’s moderately-spaced tread pattern combines plentiful working edges that cling to hardpack and outside knobs that let you shred corners. Like its namesake, the Wolverine’s slight profile belies its fierce bite.

Works great for trails with multiple conditions from hard pack to loose. Tire is very tough and resistant to sidewall tears. Works well in rocky conditions except for loose rocks.

Comments about WTB Wolverine 2.2 Tire:

I love this WTB UST tire. I ride a Wolverine on my back and a WTB Weirwolf up front and have had lots of fun rides on them with no major problems. The UST system is simple and easy to set up without a tubless kit (if you have UST ready wheels). Tires aren't great in the mud but are ok. They excel in dry conditions and on rocks and roots. One major con is that they do wear a little quick do to the fact that the knobs are so small. Enjoy!
