Product I received was not as described.
Service and delivery comments:
I have ordered fron Jenson in the past. My largest purchase was a complete bike. I was told when I ordered it over the phone that a free build and tune was included with the purchase, a $99.00 value, I would just need to assemble it and go ride. However, that was not the case. On my last purchase, I received a different item than what was described. I called to have a RMA issued, and I was treated like it was my fault that I received the wrong product. I received the worst customer service of my life. I am through with Jenson. I was going to purchase another full suspension bike, but have decided to go with another retailer. I would recomend to Jenson to review your site for mistakes and step up your customer service game.
