Pretty simple here, it's a big (ballistic) nylon bag you attach to the top of your car or SUV, whether or not you've got a Yakima rack up there already. Takes maybe five minutes, either way. Then boom! You've got another 16 cubic feet (or .45 cubic meters, if you get this whole metric thing) of useable storage. Load it up, cinch it down to help with aerodynamics (as it was), and hit the road. Simple!
