Bike Build Process
All bikes are built, tested, tuned, and ready to ride upon shipment. The bike build process typically takes 2-3 days to complete depending on the bike model and the complexity of the build.
Orders for in-stock items placed by 3PM PST usually ship on the same day. Orders that include special-order or backordered items may be subject to shipping delays depending on product availability. Refer to estimated delivery times in cart when selecting shipping options.
We strive to get you the gear you want at a competitive price. If you find an item we offer from a competitor at a lower price, let us know. We will do our best to instantly match their price. To qualify for the Price Match, your purchase must meet the following conditions:
Price Matches may only be honored on identical items. The product must be the same make and model (i.e., the same size, color, year, etc.).
The identical items must be in stock and ready for immediate delivery at the competing dealer.
Price Matching voids any currently advertised Jenson USA promotions or special offers (i.e. free shipping, free headset...). If the competitor offers free shipping on the specific item, Jenson USA will still match the price and free shipping offer.
The product must be brand new. We do not Price Match refurbished or used items.
Our Price Match Policy is valid only for qualified Internet retailers.
The competing dealer must be an authorized US retailer for the brand. This means that the manufacturer lists this dealer as an authorized and official retail web site.
The competing online retailer's principle business must be located within the United States.
Our Price Match Policy does not combine with any competitor’s coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-combo deals on your order.
Some items may not be eligible for price match due to manufacturer pricing requirements.
The Price Match Policy is subject to change at any time.
If you have any questions regarding a Price Match, one of our Gear Advisors will be happy to lend you expert guidance via phone, email, or chat.
Price Matches made post-purchase will be refunded via gift card
The Bianchi Oltre XR3 Ultegra Bike is made for speed. In creating this bike, Bianchi called upon their decades of engineering and design to create the ultimate bike for spirited rides without sacrificing long-ride comfort and road feel. The Oltre XR3 uses Bianchi’s Countervail technology, an embedded viscoelastic material that soaks up micro vibration from harsh roads, resulting in more speed, longer rides, and increased comfort. The aerodynamically-optimized Oltre XR3 uses fork and frame shaping to slice through the wind while creating a modern asthetic that stands out on the road.
This Shimano Ultegra equipped XR3 model features a full 11-speed Shimano Ultegra 8000-series groupset, including shifters, derailleurs, crankset, and more, providing the crisp, reliable shifting that the name Ultegra is known for. Shimano Ultegra BR-R8070 hydraulic disc brakes offer generous stopping power for ripping descents, while a lightweight Fulcrum Racing 400 wheelset is agile enough for climbing, with a mid-depth rim profile for aerodynamic savings. A full Reparto Corse cockpit provides dialed-in comfort for the fastest races and longest rides.

Some manufacturers measure this from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. Others may take it from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube. Generally, this measurement indicates frame size. A 17 inch bike will have a 17 inch seat tube and a 56cm bike will have a 56cm seat tube.
B: Effective Top Tube
The length that the top tube would measure if it ran horizontally from the top of the head tube to the seat post. Arguably the most important frame measurement for determining a proper bike fit. It tells you how stretched out or upright you will be while on the bike. This can be “adjusted” slightly with different handlebar types and stem lengths.
Stack is the vertical distance from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the headtube's vertical plane. Stack and reach when looked at together, can accurately identify how “long” a bike frame is and offer a clearer picture of how two important contact points, pedals and handlebars, relate to each other.

E: BB Height
Bottom Bracket Height - Distance from the ground to the center of the bottom bracket. Bikes ridden offroad benefit from the extra clearance offered by a taller bottom bracket height.
F: BB Drop
The measurement from a bicycle’s wheel center, to the center of the bottom bracket. A deep bottom bracket drop puts the rider's weight at a lower center of gravity and a feeling of being “in” the bike, rather than on top of it, as some tall bottom brackets can provide.
G: Head Tube Length
The length of the head tube from bottom to top. Shorter top tubes are generally stiffer than longer ones, but longer head tubes are usually necessary for larger bike frames.
H: Head Tube Angle
Head tube angles can range from about 66 degrees to 74 degrees. Generally, a bike with a steeper head tube angle will steer more sharply while a bike with a slacker head tube angle will be more inclined to travel in a straight line.
I: Seat Tube Angle
These can range from around 70 to 75 degrees. A steeper angle moves the saddle forward of the rear wheel and bottom bracket. A shallower angle moves it back. Steep is fine for racers and aggressive riding positions but not so good for a more relaxed style. Saddle position and seatposts can be used to “adjust” this dimension.
J: Standover Height
Distance from the ground to the top of the top tube.
K: Chainstay Length
Distance from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the rear axle. Longer chainstays contribute to a more comfortable ride and increased climbing traction. Shorter chainstays improve cornering ability and power transfer.
Wheelbase is the distance between the front and rear wheel axles. Shorter wheelbases can make the bike feel more lively while a longer wheelbase improves stability and comfort.
