Downhill Performance Meets Climbing Efficiency
The Cane Creek Double Barrel Coil CS Trunnion Shock is the world's first enduro-specific coil shock utilizing the revolutionary Climbing Switch Technology. This technology lets you have your cake and eat it too. First, appreciate the small bump compliance, heat dissipation, and linear spring action that is only found on a coil shock. Then, access the climbing efficiency at the flip of a switch. This CS platform allows adjustments to both compression and rebound resulting in better traction and connection with the trail while minimizing the power-sucking pedal-bob.
This specific shock is designed with the new Trunnion mount. A trunnion mount is a style of connection where the top of the shock has two external connection points that can be connected directly to the rocker arm. The trunnion-mount is designed to work with a set of frame/rocker mounted bearings at the shock interface.
