You are looking at a replacement thru-axle for DVO Diamond suspension forks. Since thru-axles are safely tucked inside the fork while you are riding, they usually don't incur much damage. Occasionally the external lever might get scrapped up, but more times than not, most people that need a new axle simply lost their old one. When traveling in car or plane when your bike has it's wheels off, it's easy to misplace that small skinny fork axle.

DT Swiss has released a new high engagement hub for trail and gravity riders.The new DEG hub still utilizes DT Swiss' ratchet system, but the ratchet itself is almost twice as big as the current ratchet in order to match the large hub shell of the new hub. The max number of teeth available used to be 54, but the new DEG ratchet has grown to 90 teeth, which provides 4º of engagement angle, greatly reducing the play between engagement points.
