From the mind of mountain bike revolutionary, Dave Weagle, Evil’s new aggressive 29er, The Wreckoning, is here to change the game. This bike is as fun as it is versatile, able to climb, slash berms, rip chutes, and blast gaps with ease. As the wheel size of trail and enduro bikes continues to change, Evil decided to experiment with a 29er that could do it all. The result is a 160mm travel lightweight carbon frame with the outstanding Delta System, and low, slack, geometry. Short, responsive chainstays and an adjustable bottom bracket height make this a bike that can suit a range of riding styles.
Your Evil Wreckoning will arrive expertly spec’d with a Jenson Exclusive Shimano XT build kit. This makes for a tasteful blend of performance, reliability and fun that can only be found at JensonUSA. The XT 1x11 drivetrain and 11-46T cassette provide a range to climb steep and descend fast. Race Face’s Aeffect line covers the wheels, cranks, and cockpit, giving you lightweight efficiency and exceedingly responsive handling. Shimano’s XT brakes offer ample stopping power for navigating tricky situations. The frame is made with uni-directional one-piece carbon fiber and features integrated chain guides and cable routing. The downtube and chainstays feature rubber protectors, and the bolt-on, boost axles are smooth and stable.
My confidence went through the roof on this bike. Couple gripes with Jenson on the build, slip on grips and non-tubeless ready tires... and the seat what so uncomfortable I didn't ride it once. I get that these are all very specific to riding location and rider preference, but the low grade, cheap stuff just doesn't belong on this bike, like ever. I would have rather bought it with none of these parts or been given a credit toward buying what I wanted. Otherwise, it's amazing, climbs and descends and takes big drops like they aren't even there.

Jenson - you've gotta switch out the Nobby Nics!! Decent rear tire for trail bikes, but seriously, as a front tire on the Wreckoning! Your customers will want an aggressive front tire! Magic Mary; E.13; Minion, Vigilante, etc.?
