Ibis Derailleur Hanger
The derailleur hanger on your bike is designed to break under heavy load or impact. This protects your bike's frame and derailleur from getting damaged if you crash or hit a rock. Your ride can quickly come to an end if you break your derailleur hanger. It's a good idea to carry a spare so no ride is left unfinished.
