After clipping in and out of your pedals a thousand times, your cleats will start looking like they've seen better days. When cleats wear out, they won't clip into your pedals as well and when they are clipped in, might slip out. You'll want to make sure your cleats are fresh so you can ride like a boss. The Look Delta Cleats were developed in order to minimize the weight and size of the pedal/cleat ensemble while remaining compatible with most in not all the shoes available in the market.
