When you first look at the Marin Wolf Ridge, you’ll notice it bears no resemblance to any bike from the past. The most noticeable feature is the large swing arm that connects the rear wheel to the rest of the frame. That large swingarm is part of the Naild R3ACT system. Naild is a 2-play suspension technology that features a sliding bar design. It provides amazing small bump sensitivity and a proper platform for climbing. The rear shock on the Wolf Ridge doesn’t even come with a climb switch because the pedaling platform is so good.
The Wolf Ridge Pro is an incredible bike with a Pro level build kit. A Fox 36 Performance Elite fork and Fox Float X2 rear shock provides a supple and smooth ride, the 12-speed SRAM XX1 Eagle drivetrain provides all the gears you need to make it up the steepest climbs, and SRAM Guide Ultimate 4-piston brakes provide incredible stopping power when descending those steep chutes. The bike is rounded out with E*thirteen Carbon wheels.
