The MicroSHIFT Advent Thumb Shifter allows you to pair the wide-range Advent cassettes available with the classic design and simplicity of a thumb shifter. It features a high quality CNC aluminum construction that’s built to last. An adjustable torque bolt allows you to tune the shifter drag to fit your preference. Not to mention you can even adjust the shifter from index to friction if that’s your style. Thumb shifters may not be the first type of shifter that comes to mind when you’re thinking of wide-range cassettes and 1x drivetrains, but don’t be fooled by their old-school design. Their simplicity and bombproof reliability is renowned throughout the touring and bikepacking world for a reason.
