Brakes aren’t supposed to be slippery
Muc-Off’s bike detailing products like Silicone Shine or other cleaners and lubricants work very well on your bikes frame but not so well on your brake rotors. If overspray occurs and coats your rotors they will become lubricated, resulting in a loss of braking power. With the Muc-Off Disc Brake Covers you can cover your brake rotors and pads when detailing your bike to eliminate overspray or use the covers to protect your rotors during transit. The brake covers are sold as a pair and feature two separate pieces for each rotor which fit on the front and back of the rotor and attach together, encompassing the rotor from all angles.
