When it comes to XC riding and racing, you'll want a mountain bike that is lightweight and has less travel so you can climb and sprint easier. The Orbea Oiz M-Pro AXS Bike is built for cross-country, marathon, and light trail riding. It has a lightweight OMX carbon fiber frame that uses 120mm of travel on the front and rear. The rear uses a UFO pivotless rear triangle that removes weight and flex for a lighter and stiffer setup. The frame also features internal cable routing, Boost hub spacing on the rear, a press-fit bottom bracket, and integrated chain stay protection.
The M-Pro AXS version of the Orbea Oiz comes with a SRAM GX Eagle AXS wireless electronic 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-52T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through difficult terrain much easier. Shimano XT M8100 hydraulic disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power so you can descend under control. OQUO Mountain Performance MP30Team Carbon Wheels are paired with Maxxis Rekon Race tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats.
