The pro-level Ventral Air MIPS is POC’s race-ready road, gravel and adventure helmet, featuring an innovative design to direct airflow over the rider’s head, even at low speeds. Unlike some helmets, the ventilation capabilities of the Ventral Air don’t negatively affect aerodynamics, the Ventral Air has been extensively wind tunnel tested, leaving no wasted watts. The NFC version of the Ventral Air MIPS is equipped with a twICEme® NFC chip, which can be programmed with critical medal information from your smartphone, saving valuable time for first responders if needed. MIPS® technology helps to reduce rotational forces during certain types of impacts, while reflective details help keep you visible in low light.
