NOT JUST A MERINO BASE LAYER
Base layers increase your moisture-wicking ability while also providing an extra layer of insulation. The Pearl Izumi Merino Base isn't like any other merino base. It uses Transfer Merino fabric that combines wool and recycled polyester for sustainable technical performance. The unique plated fabric construction places polyester next to the skin and merino on the exterior for superior moisture transfer and thermal regulation. It features a set-in sleeve construction for easy layering and versatility.
