Torque wrenches are a necessity for any home mechanic. If your bolts and parts are under-torqued, they could fall off, and if they're over-torqued, they could break. The Pedro's Grande 3/8" Torque Wrench is a ratcheting reversible click-type micrometer torque wrench. It is designed for left-hand or right-hand thread. It has 10-80Nm torque settings and a micrometer-style dial and simple locking mechanism so quickly set torque.
