Getting Oiled Up

Just like you have to change the oil in your car, you'll want to change the oil in your mountain bike suspension so it can keep running smoothly. You don't want to put just any oil in your suspension, so make sure you refer to your suspension's manufacturer. The RockShox Suspension Oil is for use in all RockShox suspension forks. Refer to your suspension component's service manual for specified oil volumes and weights.
