Power To The Enduro Rider
E-bikes have changed the game when it comes to enduro riding. With an e-MTB, you'll be able to descend the gnarliest terrain and then climb back to the top with ease so you can do it all over again. The Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay Carbon 70 Bike is Rocky Mountain's key platform for enduro racing and aggressive trail riding. It is built with a SMOOTHWALL carbon frame that uses 170mm of travel on the front and 160mm of travel on the rear. The frame features a Mid-High Pivot Smoothlink Suspension System and RIDE-4 Adjustable Geometry and Suspension Rate so you can dial in your ride with ease. The frame also features internal cable routing, integrated frame protection, and an integrated chain guide. With the Dyname 4.0 Motor and integrated 720Wh battery, you'll have the pedal assistance you need to conquer the mountain.
The 70 version of the Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay Carbon comes with a Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-51T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through demanding terrain much easier. Shimano XT Trail 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide superior stopping power so you can descend the nastiest hills with confidence. WTB ST i30 TCS 2.0 tubeless-ready rims are paired with Maxxis Assegai and Minion DHR II tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats compared to using inner tubes. With the Race Face Aeffect R Dropper Post, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.
