Ready To Rumble
When your young rider is ready to start shredding on the trails, you'll want to get them a mountain bike that can keep up with them and grow with them. The Rocky Mountain Vertex Jr. 20" Bike is designed to conquer the singletrack. It has a 6061 SL alloy frame that uses 80mm of travel on the front. The frame features a threaded bottom bracket, 20" Kids Geometry, and disc brakes on the front and rear. This bike is perfect for a child that has an inseam between 17" and 24".
The 20" version of the Rocky Mountain Vertex Jr. comes with a SunRace 9-speed drivetrain. This includes an ultra-wide 11-42T gear range that makes climbing and those more difficult parts of the trail much easier to pedal through. Shimano MT4100 hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power so your young rider can shred with confidence. With the Rocky Mountain JR25 tubeless-ready rims and Kenda Amrak tires, your young rider will have the traction they need to ride just about anywhere.
