SRAM Force CX1 brake levers are bred from the DNA of our best-in-class SRAM Red, representing SRAM's most advanced thinking on perfecting the interface between cyclocross rider and bike. When running a 1x drivetrain, there's really no reason for a left shifter. The CX1 brake lever solves that problem, ditching the left shifting mechanism and offering simple, streamlined braking performance.
