The SRAM Apex XPLR Rear Derailleur hits the sweet spot of smooth jumps over a big gear range all with the unmatched chain security and simplicity of a 1x drivetrain. It is compatible with cassettes with 44T large cogs, uses a flattop chain, has a clutch that controls the chain tension for consistent shifting and works with 12-speed mechanical Apex and Eagle shifters.
