Schwalbe Eddy Current 27.5" Front Tire
With more and more E-bikes taking over the trails, Schwalbe decided to make an E-bike specialist tire. The Schwalbe Eddy Current comes in front and rear-specific versions with this version being the front. The Eddy Current has large, flat and blocky center tread, which excels in clearing mud and getting through loose dirt. The large shoulder lugs are siped for extra traction and provide excellent cornering capabilities. This tire features Schwalbe's Super Trail casing, which is a midweight, 3-ply carcass layer with 2-ply sidewalls and is reinforced with SnakeSkin protection and Apex protection. Schwalbe's Addix Soft compound is perfect for enduro and all-mountain riding and provides tons of grip without being too slow on the trails. This tire is ready to be used with E-bikes and has a E-25 rating, which means it can stand up to the stress of riding at 25mph on an E-bike. Finally, Schwalbe made this tire with their Tubeless Easy technology, which allows you to easily convert this tire into a tubeless setup for less weight and maximum traction.
