The Shimano CB90 inline brake adjuster works with direct mount brakes that lack a barrel adjuster or quick-release lever on the caliper, such as the Dura-Ace BR-9010-R. Fine tune your brake with a twist of the barrel, and with a flip of the quick-release lever you can open the caliper for easy wheel removal.
