Gravel riding is growing in popularity and that means there is a rise in gravel-specific components coming out. The Shimano GRX RD-RX812 Rear Derailleur is designed for 1x11 drivetrain setups. It features an adjustable chain stabilizer that prevents chain slapping and drops. You can turn the stabilizer on and off to match the terrain you're riding on and the clutch tension is gravel-tuned. It has silent and uninterrupted rear shifting on rough terrain and smooth and reliable mixed surface shifting. It is compatible with current road dual control lever shifters so upgrading is simple.
