Exactly what I was looking for
I've only used this a few times, but I'm very pleased with it and would guess I will get years of reliable use out of it. It seems very well-built and the feedback when reaching the pre-set torque is very clear and confidence-inspiring.

very happy with the Shimano pro torque wrench , works great, seems durable and is easy to use. Im sure there are better ones out there if you turn a wrench everyday but for the casual user this seems to be a great value

Compared to the Park Tools torque wench at only $15 more, is the quality high or good enough to justify saving $15. Or is it worth it to just get the Park Tools. PS I understand this is NOT a Shimano product - does that fact make it over-priced??
Trent on Jun 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I would trust anything Shimano is willing to put their name on.
This seems pretty obvious, but I am guessing that is is simply made "by" Shimano (or an affiliate), but not only for Shimano bikes? I have a Yeti. Thanks ahead of time!
A shopper on Mar 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it will work fine on your Yeti, or any other bike. It is essentially a standard 1/8" socket wrench head and comes with an assortment of common allen sizes and torx bits, but you could use literally any 1/8" compatible socket you want. If you have newer Yeti with Switch Infinity, you will have a few pivot bolts that require an 8 and 10mm allens (I think), which are not included, but are readily available at hardware stores, etc. I have been happy with this product.
What is the default driver size of this wench.. is it 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 inch??
Trent on Jun 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: 1/4" drive. It comes with some 1/4" bits but not with the 3/8" adapter that the small Park torque wrench comes with.
