Shimano’s knack for engineering and design is no more evident than in their footwear. The new SH-RC502 shoes are a sleek, modern shoe for the road rider who demands comfort, fit and performance. The RC502’s feature the tried and true L6 BOA® dial for micro-adjustable retention, as well as a velcro strap over the toe box. This wraparound design fits the foot with glove-like coverage, eliminating any wasted open space that could sap power or cause hotspots. You can credit the carbon fiber-reinforced nylon sole for the exceptional power transfer of the RC502’s, which is rated to an 8 of 12 on the Shimano Stiffness Rating scale—helping to eliminate wasted watts. Whether you’re looking for a comfortable and efficient training shoe, or lining up for your next crit race, the RC502’s can do it all in comfort and style.
