Shimano Ultegra ST-6800 11-Speed Shifters

In the wake of the success of the 11 Speed Dura Ace 9000 group, Shimano finally released the more affordable Ultegra 6800 group. Inspirations and tech directly trickled down from the Dura Ace 9000 group are clearly embodied in the new Ultegra 6800 Shifters as they feature ergonomics very identical to the 9000 levers, with small volume shape for better control when riding on the hoods. Furthermore, Shimano has included 10mm of additional reach adjustment by using an adjustment screw that lets the rider get dialed in for optimal comfort. Performance of the shifters is also enhanced by pairing them with the new polymer coated, stainless steel cable set for reduced shift lever resistance and improved braking operation. Shimano's Vivid Index technology has been integrated to better define shift engagement by amplifying the feel of the click. Next time your opponent attacks on the switchback, and you must make a quick response, the new Ultegra 6800 Shifters will not let you down!
