Silca Titanium Cleats
Long live titanium
Brass cleats wear out quickly, all too often we find ourselves frequently replacing our worn out cleats. Fortunately, Silca have a solution to this problem. Enter the Silca Titanium Cleats. They’re designed to last a whopping four times longer than brass and three times longer than stock cleats. The decision to 3D print them out of 6Al/4V titanium has allowed Silca to achieve two massive goals. One goal was to design cleats that are only slightly softer than the steel used in pedals, ensuring the pedals won’t wear out due to the use of harder cleats. The other goal was to be able to reinforce the cleats while also shaving off a considerable amount of weight compared to stock cleats. These weight savings translate into a considerable 24 - 30g weight savings depending on your cleat choice. If you’re tired of having to constantly replace your worn out cleats then it’s time to upgrade to a set of Silca Titanium Cleats.
