Carbon ride quality at a fraction of the price
Spank originally created their Vibrocore Technology to give their aluminum mountain bike bars the same ride characteristics of more expensive and stiffer carbon bars. Besides from their alloy bars with Vibrocore coming in at a lower price point for their customers than carbon bars, Spank also doesn’t create any carbon products because they believe that components shouldn’t be made from not recyclable materials. We think that’s admirable.
Spank has now brought their renowned Vibrocore Technology to their rims and wheelsets. The amazing vibration dampening characteristics of Spank’s mountain bars are now available for both 27.5” and 29” rims/wheels. You are currently looking at the Spank 359 Vibrocore 29 rim which features a 30.5mm internal width and a tubeless ready rim profile.
