The Specialized Recon 1.0 MTB Shoe is designed for riders seeking to open up their riding horizons to the world of dirt and gravel. These shoes might be the starting point of the Recon series, but don’t let that fool you. These off-road capable shoes borrow lots of performance and capability features from their higher-end cousins. These multi-capable shoes are ideal for gravel roads or singletrack trail rides. They feature a nylon plate for efficient power transfer, while incorporating Specialized’s new Stride Technology to offer off-bike capability that won’t reduce on-bike performance. The BOA L6 dial uses a Dyneema yarn cable for an easily adjustable fit, even while mid-ride. The Recon 1.0 is a confident performer on any surface, for every rider.
