Built around a stiff and lightweight alloy rim, the GX MAX wheels keep rotational weight low which helps to improve acceleration and keep your bikes overall weight down. Tubeless tire compatibility means that you can easily install your favorite tires and run them at lower pressures for increased traction. Lacing the alloy rims to the hubs are Spinergy’s own PBO spokes which have been engineered to not only be incredibly durable but also compliant in order to help smooth out your ride. The heart of the GX MAX wheels are Spinergy’s latest hub, their “44 hub”. The “44 hub” features a whopping 108 points of engagement for near instantaneous engagement for maximum torque. Support for both standard thru axle spacing, boost spacing, quick release spacing, and just about every freehub standard under the sun means that these wheels are nearly future proof.
