If you clip into your pedals, you'll be able to push and pull for higher efficiency and power output. The Time Osmos 12 Road Shoes is a lightweight and stiff carbon-soled road shoe. It has a unique sole that is built with a blend of 20% carbon fiber and 80% composite plus a 100% carbon insert in the forefoot area. The upper has a Boa Fit System that makes it easy to dial in the perfect fit.
