The Saguaro strikes a beautiful balance of versatility and performance. Featuring a pattern that falls nicely between the Mezcal and the Barro Mountain, the Saguaro rolls fast and bites hard. The tread pattern makes for predictable cornering on all surfaces and the connected central knobs make acceleration and speed maintenance nearly effortless. Suited for applications ranging from XC racing to big-hit slopestyle, the Saguaro is the perfect do-it-all tyre.
This tire looks kind of ugly, but it is strong, firm, and corners great. I ride hard pack, mud, gravel, even pavement on it. I have a Barzo on the back that I put on the same time and half its tread is gone, while the Saguero shows very little wear.
Victoria Saguaro TNT is the perfect tire for riding the dry hardpack and rock through the Saguaros in Arizona. Great cornering feel, they give you a little warning when they are on the limit of traction. They have saved me so many times, a little slide and they bite right in and pull you out of the turn. They are directional, I ride them front and rear with the front on speed and the back set for traction. They don't clear mud at all, found that out on a continental divide ride in the rain, but we can't ride in the mud out here anyway, so it is the only tire I need here.
I'm a hefty guy. I need all the help I can get when it comes to speed. These tires give me that without sacrificing traction. I had the wire bead set before and I had a few other tires in the running. I just had to stick with what works for me. They're fast in the straights and bite down in the turns. All I need.

I had a set of wire bead Saguaros and they lasted for ever. When the time came to replace, I was torn between several sets. I knew how reliable the Saguaro's were so I decided to stay with them, but got the tubeless ready version this time around. These are not necessarily high volume tires, but at 240 lbs without gear, I can use all the help I can get in the speed department. They move fast in the straight and bite down in turns and climbs.
