This new Service will allow mountain bike riders from all over the country to send their suspension components direct to Jenson USA to have professional, factory-level service done on their forks and shocks. Jenson’s more than 26 years of experience as an omnichannel bike retailer makes us the ideal place to meet all your cycling needs from bikes to components, apparel, accessories, and now suspension service.

Jenson USA will service suspension components from top brands like Fox Racing, Öhlins, Cane Creek, DVO, Marzocchi, and Manitou. Full service for RockShox is coming soon and the list of supported forks and shocks will continue to grow in the coming months.

Properly maintained suspension can be the difference between a good ride, and an amazing ride. Riders of all skills will be able to benefit from Jenson Suspension Service, starting around $100 for a Seasonal Refresh that includes new dust wipers and fork seals, clean & replace all lower leg seals, O-rings, bladders (if applicable), and other expendable components replaced on both the spring and the damper. Dampers will be hand-bled, or bled in a vacuum pump (if applicable), followed by a full functions check and final inspection and cleaning, then we will reset the rebound and compression settings, and ship your suspension back to your door. A Factory Fresh Service includes everything in the Seasonal Refresh and adds in a complete Air Spring Service and Damper Services / Rebuilds.

All bikes are built, tested, tuned, and ready to ride upon shipment. The bike build process typically takes 2-3 days to complete depending on the bike model and the complexity of the build.
