A Fun Bike For Your Young Rider

If your child is ready to start exploring the singletrack, then you'll want to get them a mountain bike that can keep up with them and grow with them. Whether they want to shred the singletrack, cruise the fireroads, or just want to ride around the block, then they'll love riding on the San Quentin. The Marin San Quentin 24" Bike is a fun aluminum bike that uses 100mm of suspension travel on the front. The frame uses disc brakes and features internal cable routing and a Boost 15x110mm thru-axle on the front.

The 24" version of the Marin San Quentin comes with a MicroSHIFT Advent 9-speed drivetrain. The ultra-wide 11-46T gear range makes climbing and pedaling through those more difficult parts of the trail much easier. Tektro HDM275 hydraulic disc brakes provide highly reliable stopping power so your young rider can descend with confidence. Marin double-wall alloy rims are paired with Vee Tire Crown Gem 2.6" tires that provide excellent traction in the dirt. With the RockShox Judy Silver TK Solo Air Fork, your child will have 100mm of bump-absorbing suspension travel.
