I rode the Ergonova Pro for about 2 years and loved it, so when I built up a new bike, I went for the Team. The Team seems that little bit stiffer, and is certainly lighter. Finish quality is amazing.
I love the shape too, the tops are flattish but still substantial enough to give a good grip while climbing and the bend in the drops is perfect for me. I know lots of people bash 'ergo' bars, but I find these just perfect. I compared some other bars I had lying around while I waited for these to arrive, and I just prefer this bend over others. I have smallish hands, and while ergo bars are supposed to be terrible for smaller-handed riders, I have no problem reaching the levers, once I adjust the reach. Reach had to be adjusted for non-ergo bars too, and I didn't need any more reach adjustment with these guys.
